You can use whatever seasonal fruit you like to give a juicy, fresh taste to this homemade muesli.
Ingredients (serves 1)
Muesli base:
1 cup oats (gluten free if preferred)
1 dessertspoon raisins and/or chopped date
1 dessertspoon each (as desired) of: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, coconut flakes
Topping:
1 cored and chopped apple
Small handful of fresh raspberries and/or strawberries
A few fresh blueberries
To serve:
Serve with either dairy free yogurt or unsweetened non-dairy milk
Add a light sprinkle of cinnamon if desired
The muesli base can be made in larger quantities and the fresh fruit added separately to save time
