A simple but tasty way to serve baby tomatoes. Use mixed varieties for a combination of colours and flavours , if possible
Enough baby tomatoes to serve the number of people required (allow about a handful per person)
Chopped fresh Basil to taste
Chop the baby tomatoes in half and place in serving dish
Add olive oil to taste
Sprinkle with chopped Basil
Add sea salt to taste just before serving.
This tastes even better if you allow it to ‘marinade’ a little before serving.
